Based in Los Angeles, Dan Phelan has over 12 years of experience in the technology industry with a focus on content management enabled solutions.  With hands-on experience in M&A activities, Dan has already worked on hundreds of projects in Southern California, Nevada and Arizona. 

Through Merrill DataSite, he has worked closely with investment banks, M&A law firms and private equity firms, as well as numerous public and private companies that utilize DataSite in a number of different financial engagements.
