Henry R. Gregory, III (Hank) has been with Merrill Corporation for more than a decade in various business development roles involving technology, project management and leadership positions. During his tenure at Merrill he has been involved in developing Document Management solutions for the Corporate, Investment Banking and Law Firm communities globally; currently he is Regional Director for DataSite in the Western Regions of both Canada and the United States. Hank is one of the workers executing the plans set forth by the visionaries behind Merrill’s push to move the corporate due diligence processes from a purely paper oriented environment into an electronic medium, leveraging the technological advances of the past decade. Hank holds degrees in Marketing and Finance from Indiana University and lives with his wife and two children in British Columbia.
