Mike Hinchliffe has been with Merrill Corporation for 10 years and was responsible for the first DataSite projects in Europe while he was based in the Paris office. Mike returned to London in 2004 and is now responsible for sales coverage in the UK and the Benelux. He has worked on hundreds of M&A transactions with many major law firms, corporates and investment banks.
