Steve Piccone has been employed with Merrill Corporation since 1991 and has worked with private and public companies on a variety of document challenges during all phases of the corporate life cycle, from capital formation during an Initial Public Offering to restructuring. Since 2002, Steve has handled hundreds of DataSite virtual deal room projects and is active in all of Merrill’s core businesses including language translation, SEC filings, litigation support and printed shareholder documents.
