The International M&A Summit & Awards Gala honored deal teams, deal makers and firms whose activities set the standard for the industry. This year 28 winners were chosen from 230 finalists. An independent body of experts, representing the International M&A industry, judged the finalists’ deals, deal makers and firms.

Merrill DataSite was nominated and selected as a winner in the “M&A Product/Service of the Year” category.
