Alvaro Ortega, new Sales Director responsible for Spain and Italy, has nearly 10 years of international work experience in the financial markets. While living in the United States, Alvaro worked as a Portfolio Analyst at Putnam Investments and as Senior Investment Accountant for PNC Global Fund Services.
Upon completion of his MBA, Alvaro moved to London and joined Bloomberg LP as an EMEA Data Solutions Sales Manager. After 2 years, Alvaro received a promotion and became a Global Key Accounts Sales Manager where he strengthened the relationship between Bloomberg Data Solutions and a number of Tier 1 Investment Banks at a global level.
