Erik Sandie joined Merrill DataSite in 2010 to help lead the Northern California team. He specializes in Deal Room transactions between companies, investment banks and law firms. Prior to joining Merrill Corporation, Erik worked in consulting and solutions roles in the information technology industry, having brought value to many fortune 500 organizations to effectively handle complex IT challenges. He holds a degree in Economics from Colorado State University and currently resides in the Bay Area.
