Jay Loyola began his career with Merrill Corporation in 1997, based in the San Francisco Bay Area as an Account Executive. Jay assisted companies in the electronic filing, printing and distribution for all documents required under the 1933 and 1934 Securities Act. He worked with over 150 Silicon Valley companies during the IPO Rush in the late 1990's. Jay is now a Regional Director of DataSite, focusing on the Northern and Southern California Markets.
