Merrill DataSite® virtual data room solution is now fully compatible with all leading browsers and delivers increased upload and download power.
St. Paul, Minn.— Merrill Corporation, the leading global provider of technology-enabled services for the legal, financial, health care, real estate and other corporate markets, today announced the addition of several significant technological enhancements to Merrill DataSite, the industry’s premier virtual data room (VDR) solution.
Merrill DataSite is now fully compatible with Microsoft® Internet Explorer® (IE) version 8 and Mozilla® Firefox® browsers, as well as IE6 and IE7. In addition, Merrill DataSite’s upload limit for bulk uploading has been increased from 150 MB to 1GB. Its download options andfeatures also have been enhanced.
Users now have the ability to download the results of a search query into an Excel® spreadsheet, as well as download a list of new documents, based on their filtered results.
Mozilla Firefox is the second most popular browser worldwide, after Microsoft Internet Explorer, as well as the most widely used browser independent of any one operating system. “Merrill DataSite’s compatibility with all leading browsers further enhances its versatility and ease of use,” said Richard Martin, Senior Director for Merrill DataSite.
