Jones Day's Corinne Ball on PE opportunities in Europe's debt markets
"European banks cannot exit the commercial-loan profile through high yield," says Jones Day partner Corinne Ball, who leads the firm's restructuring and distress M&A efforts in Europe. European banks must work with other business investors and develop an approach that regulators are comfortable with, Ball explains in The Deal magazine's special video series on the Globalization of Private Equity, sponsored by Merrill DataSite.
