Partner, Lee Equity Partners
Benjamin Hochberg is a Partner at Lee Equity Partners. Prior to joining Lee Equity, Mr. Hochberg was a Principal at Odyssey Investment Partners, LLC, a middle-market private equity investment firm, where he worked closely on the firm’s investment in Norcross Safety Products, LLC. Prior to that, from 1997 to 2005, Mr. Hochberg worked at Bain Capital Partners, a global private equity investment firm, where he most recently held the position of Principal. At Bain Capital Partners, Mr. Hochberg was involved in Warner Music Group Corp., Loews Cineplex Entertainment, ProSieben Sat.1 Media AG, Warner Chilcott and Toys R Us, Inc. Mr. Hochberg was also the initial analyst for Bain Capital’s $20 billion Sankaty Advisors credit investing business. Mr. Hochberg started his career in 1995 at Bain & Company as a strategy consultant. Mr. Hochberg serves or has served on the boards of directors of Aimbridge Hospitality, The Edelman Financial Group, Papa Murphy’s International, Skopos Financial Group, Deb Shops, Inc., and Norcross Safety Products, LLC, a portfolio company of Odyssey. Mr. Hochberg received an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and received an A.B. in Chemistry from Harvard College, with cum laude honors.

Greg Rodgers is a partner in the New York office of Latham & Watkins and member of the firm’s Corporate Department and the Capital Markets, Derivatives, and Public Company Representation Practices. In corporate finance matters, Mr. Rodgers represents issuers, investors, and investment banks in public and private equity, debt and hybrid capital markets transactions, commercial lending transactions, restructurings, and other financing transactions, with a particular focus on equity-linked securities and investment grade and high yield debt securities. Mr. Rodgers has been named a “Dealmaker of the Year” by the American Lawyer, “Trailblazer for Finance, Banking & Capital Markets” by the National Law Journal, and “Capital Markets MVP” by Law360.

Managing Director, Group Head of Industrials, RBC Capital Markets
Joshua Rosenbaum is a Managing Director at RBC Capital Markets, where he serves as Head of the Industrials & Diversified Services Group. Josh advises on, structures, and originates M&A, corporate finance, and capital markets transactions for a broad group of companies in the Industrials sector. Prior to joining RBC, Josh worked at UBS Investment Bank where he was the Joint Global Head of the Building Materials and Construction group, as well as the International Finance Corporation (IFC), the direct investment division of the World Bank Group. Josh is co-author of the Wiley Finance book entitled “Investment Banking—Valuation, LBOs, M&A and IPOs”, which has been the #1 book in its category on Amazon since initial publication over a decade ago, as well as the recently released “Little Book of Investing Like the Pros”. He also co-authored the HBS case study “OAO YUKOS Oil Company.” Josh received his AB from Harvard University and his MBA with Baker Scholar honors from Harvard Business School.

Partner, Senior Managing Director, Centerbridge Partners
Bao joined Centerbridge in 2010 and focuses on investments across a range of sectors. Prior to joining Centerbridge, Bao was a Managing Director and Partner in the credit business of Fortress Investment Group LLC, from 2004 to 2010. While at Fortress, Bao was a Senior Member of the Corporate Securities Group that was engaged principally in public market investments across the corporate capital structure, with a focus on distressed and special situations. Previously, Bao was a member of the Distressed and High-Yield Research and Trading business of Lehman Brothers Inc. Bao serves on the Boards of Directors of Craftworks Holdings LLC, Genco Shipping and Trading Ltd and IPC Corp. (and affiliated entities). Bao graduated magna cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania, where he was a Benjamin Franklin Scholar, with degrees in Finance (Wharton) and Computer Science & Engineering. He received his M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
