Datasite Wins 2022 BIG Artificial Intelligence Excellence Award

MINNEAPOLIS, Minn. – March 23, 2022 – Datasite, a leading SaaS-based technology provider for global mergers and acquisitions (M&A) professionals, has been recognized by the Business Intelligence Group (BIG) as a winner in its inaugural 2022 Artificial Intelligence (AI) Excellence Awards program. The company received the award for its Datasite Prepare™ application, which uses AI and machine learning to automate the time-consuming burden of identifying, categorizing, and indexing deal documents and artifacts in a virtual data room, in preparation for a capital transaction, such as an acquisition or sale. 

The BIG AI Excellence Awards program recognizes organizations, products and people who bring AI to life and apply it to solve real problems. Experienced and knowledgeable business executives judge nominees using BIG’s proprietary and unique scoring system to measure a product’s performance across multiple business domains.
