MINNEAPOLIS, Minn. – April 28, 2022 – Datasite, a leading SaaS-based technology provider for global mergers and acquisitions (M&A) professionals, was recognized for its technology innovation with a pair of Stevie Awards, which included a gold Stevie Award for Innovation Technology Development – Financial Services Industries in the 2022 Asia-Pacific (APAC) Stevie Awards and a bronze Stevie Award for Datasite Prepare™ - Fintech Solution in the American Business Awards.

“It’s an honor to have our best-in-class APAC business innovation recognized with a gold award,” said Demond Chua, Datasite Chief Revenue Officer for APAC. “Despite the challenges of the global pandemic and other market uncertainty, Datasite continues to prioritize investment in innovation, introducing new applications using artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning-powered technology that save our customers time by minimizing complexity and supporting successful deal outcomes.”

The APAC Stevie Awards recognize innovation in business throughout the region and this year included more than 900 nominations on innovative achievements. Award winners were determined by the average scores of more than 100 executives around the world. The American Business Awards are open to all organizations operating in the US, public or private, large and small, and this year included more than 3,700 nominations. Award winners were judged by more than 200 executives across the US.

“Working together and listening to our customers, we created Datasite Prepare to automate the time-consuming burden of identifying, categorizing, and indexing all deal documents and artifacts so that dealmakers could accelerate the time spent on deal preparation,” said Datasite Chief Product Officer Thomas Fredell. “It’s gratifying to see market confirmation that our app is having an impact.”
