Deal Drivers: Asia Pacific Q3 2021

In partnership with Mergermarket, an Acuris company

As 2021 continues to be a year in which dealmaking recovers from the lulls seen at the height of the COVID-19 crisis last year, deal volumes and values are proving resilient as year-on-year comparisons for third-quarter M&A data for the region make for a healthy trend.

Technology, especially the fintech sector across the APAC region, is making a loud splash on the global stage. Looking forward, the report suggests M&A in Q4 will be dominated by industrials and chemicals (I&C), and technology, media, and telecoms (TMT) sectors.
