Kristen joined RiskPoint in 2017 from Norwegian law firm Wiersholm, where he worked primarily with M&A and corporate law since 2007, and is now heading the Nordic M&A team in RiskPoint. RiskPoint has been key player in the Nordic M&A and contingency insurance space over the past decade and is the only M&A insurer with an on-the-ground underwriter team in Norway.
