Experts in the Spanish M&A market expect the second half of 2021 to be full of opportunities for the sector. This new momentum will not only coincide with the foreseeable end of the pandemic and the normalization of many hitherto almost-blocked deals, but also with the injection of EU funds for economic recovery. In addition, there is an appetite for investment from venture capital firms to put money to work together with the crucial help of technology in order to find new assets for investment.

Experts from five leading companies in the M&A sector attended the "Opportunities in key sectors for M&A in Spain" webinar, organized by elEconomista.es with Datasite’s support. The participants analyzed the past year and found that there is light at the end of the tunnel for many companies in the coming months.
