Vice President and General Counsel, Alfresco
Sally is General Counsel and head of business development for Alfresco, an open source document management provider which was recently acquired by Hyland Software. She has spent most of her career leading the legal function for software companies backed by private equity firms including Goldman Sachs, Thoma Bravo, Apax Partners and T.H. Lee. She has led three majority recapitalizations as well as several acquisitions representing a combined value in excess of $3.2 billion.
In March 2017, Sally was appointed by Philadelphia Mayor James Kenney as a Commissioner on the Philadelphia Commission on Human Relations. She is also a Board Member of the Swedish American Chamber of Commerce in Philadelphia.
Sally holds a JD as well as BS in Computer Scient from Temple University. She is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and is a registered patent attorney.

VIce President, Corporate Development, Presidio
As VP of Corporate Development at Presidio, Carlos dedicates his time defining, executing and communicating the company’s growth plan. He is an investment banking and private-equity-trained corporate development executive with over 20 years of experience in strategic initiatives for notable companies such as Verizon Communications, Salomon Smith Barney/Citigroup, dentsu Aegis and CIBC/Oppenheimer. Carlos led a variety of transactions that included principal – and advisory-level engagements, venture capital, private equity investments, joint ventures, and commercial arrangements.

Vice President, Corporate Development, AeroVironment
Justin Gans joined AeroVironment in July 2019 as Vice President of Corporate Development, leading M&A and the development of long-term strategic planning, with a focus on analytics, insights, strategy and business growth.
Justin came to AeroVironment from Elbit Systems, where he was Vice President of Strategy and Corporate Development, and led the M&A team for the $350M acquisition of Harris Night Vision.
Prior to Elbit, Justin worked at Northrop Grumman, where he was the Director of Aerospace Sector Portfolio Development and oversaw mergers, acquisitions and alliances. While there, he played integral roles in the acquisition of several domestic and international companies including the $9.2B acquisition of Orbital-ATK.
Before joining the Aerospace and Defense industry, Justin Gans worked in the investment banking industry and served as a U.S. Navy SEAL with multiple deployments. He graduated from the U.S. Naval Academy with distinction, and earned a Master of Business Administration from the Institute of Management Development (IMD) in Switzerland.
