Giovanna is a Partner at Altor Equity Partners in Zurich. She focuses on mid-market investments in the DACH region. Prior to joining Altor in 2018, she spent nearly 10 years at 3i in Germany, where she was active in the investment and portfolio management of companies in the industrial and business services industry.
Giovanna started her career in M&A at Morgan Stanley and strategy consulting at McKinsey & Company in Frankfurt and London.

Immo is a member of the Portfolio team, based in the London office. Previously, Immo worked at Inchcape plc as CEO in Russia. Prior to that and also at Inchcape plc, Immo was Chief Strategy Officer in London, where he had direct responsibility for business development and all major strategic initiatives.
He joined Cinven in 2010.

Merlin Piscitelli is Chief Revenue Officer for Europe, the Middle East and Africa at Datasite.
In his role, Merlin is responsible for setting and managing the sales strategy and its deployment across this diverse and complex region, including coordinating and managing teams and sales representatives across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. He is based in London.
Merlin has been driving the M&A digital transformation in EMEA since joining Datasite in 2006. He has served in several leadership roles within the organization, including Head of Sales, Europe, Middle East and Africa and Director of Sales, helping drive technological innovation and deal velocity across the region.

Frans Tieleman is Managing Partner and Executive Committee member of Eurazeo. Leads investment partnerships, funds, and strategic developments for the group. Serves on the Investment Committees of Eurazeo Capital, Growth, Patrimoine and Brands, the Supervisory Board of PME and of Idinvest.
Investment track record includes over €2.5bn equity in companies such as Asmodee, Neovia, and Moncler, as well as Eurazeo PME, Rhone and Idinvest.
