New Feature: Project Inbox

Its 11:30 PM at night.  Your day is done and you're ready to get to bed … you think … then your iPhone pops up an alert.  Two critical files showed up for your biggest project.  Ugh.  Do you go back to your desk, turn on the laptop, connect to VPN, open the VDR and load the files?  Do you wait until tomorrow and wake up 30 minutes early so the files are in the VDR before the MD signs in?  Another night with too little sleep.  No good choices! 

Now you have a better option – one that lets you load the critical files into the VDR and won't take 30 minutes or more out of your sleep.  Use the NEW Project Inbox feature in Datasite Prepare or Diligence.  How?  Open the email on your phone, forward it to the secure project email address and you're done.  All told that took less than 60 seconds!
