NEW Feature: Redaction AI

You know how important redaction is to deal success.  Compliance with privacy regulations such as GDPR or CCPA is a necessity. Protecting strategic and commercially sensitive data also requires redaction. You can’t really get a deal done today without it.

You also know that redaction takes way too long. Using unintegrated tools adds hours passing files back and forth from your data room. Or – heaven forbid – using a black marker to redact documents then scanning and uploading back into your data room brings your deal to a crawl. And because you care about quality, add hours and sometimes days checking and rechecking.

Customers share that unredacting happens in 1/10th the time it used to take versus using 3rd party tools.
