  • Asia Pacific & Japan deal-making activity so far this year totaled US$925.4 billion, representing a 46% increase in value YOY.
  • Morgan Stanley currently leads the APJ-involvement announced M&A financial advisor ranking with 30.2% market share, closely followed by Goldman Sachs and JP Morgan in the second and the third places respectively.
