M&A activity across the APAC is now returning to pre-pandemic levels. Despite patchy progress on vaccination, the market backdrop has been supportive of dealmaking in the first half of 2021. 

An economic bounceback is anticipated as the IMF predicts a 6.9% growth rate across Asia. Accommodating monetary policies combined with high unspent cash with corporates and PE firms points to no shortage of capital to fund transactions in the region.
