Merrill Corporation in collaboration with Euromoney surveyed 200+ practitioners in Europe find out their views on the current and future state of M&A due diligence. For instance, practitioners in Spain believe that harnessing data analytics would accelerate due diligence the most—more than practitioners from any other European country. And German practitioners have the highest expectations that new technologies should enable greater analytical capabilities.
