We have collaborated with Euromoney to conduct a survey on the current and future state of M&A due diligence, with views from 103 practitioners across the Nordic region. Although the Nordics are already are more advanced than other countries in EMEA when it comes to due diligence and the use of technology in the process, they expect more from it in the future.  In fact, they believe that data analytics, AI, VDRs and machine learning have the potential to have the biggest impact on due diligence over the long term.
