TTR’s November 2021 report, published in association with Datasite, reveals that Spain and Portugal have both seen has seen a yoy rise in M&A deal volumes for the year to end-November 2021: figures were up 21.34% and 28.22%, respectively. However, both countries experienced a decrease in deal values: Spain experienced a 6.90% decrease in the capital mobilized and Portugal figures were down 31.52%.
TTR’s October 2021 report, published in association with Datasite, reveals that Spain has seen a YOY rise in both M&A deal values and volumes for the year to end-October 2021. And in Portugal, despite a YOY dip in total M&A deal values, total volumes were up 24%.
