How is M&A faring in Iberia compared to last year? TTR’s July 2021 report, published in association with Datasite, reveals that Spain has seen a yoy rise in both M&A deal values and volumes at July 2021. And in Portugal, despite a 38% yoy dip in total M&A deal values at July 2021, total volumes were up 32%.
