2021 M&A Outlook [Infographic]

More than half of 200 accounting, finance and corporate development professionals surveyed by Datasite say they expect deal volume to increase next year. And while the possibility of tax and trade policy changes helped spur M&A activity in the second half of 2020, the availability of a safe COVID-19 vaccine is expected to have the biggest effect on M&A in 2021.
