Jouni Salmi is Head of Roschier's Private M&A practice and co-Head of the Public M&A practice in Finland. He has extensive experience in complex multi-jurisdictional transactions, including industrial carve-outs and divestments involving both industrial clients and private equity sponsors. Jouni has acted for numerous listed companies, private equity sponsors and multi-national corporations, and he has in-depth knowledge in a wide variety of industry sectors such as forest, telecommunications and payment industries. Jouni is recognized as one of the leading experts in his field in Finland (e.g. by Chambers Europe, Chambers Global, The Legal 500, IFLR1000 and Who's Who Legal). Jouni joined the firm in 2006 and became Partner in 2010.

Kinga Charpentier is Head of Corporate Finance at EY Finland, and co-leads the EY Nordics Renewables team within M&A and Debt Advisory. She is also part of the EY Global Renewables Team.
Kinga has more than 17 years’ of international experience advising private equity, corporate and public sector clients on both domestic and complex cross-border mergers & acquisitions, debt financings and capital raisings as well as strategy projects primarily in the Energy, Renewables, Infrastructure, CleanTech and Circular Economy sectors. She is also a sponsor for the EY Women. Fast Forward and EY Next Gen programs, which promote diversity and inclusiveness in business.
Before joining EY, Kinga worked in investment banking at DEPFA Bank, Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi (MUFG) and KfW IPEX-Bank in London and Dublin, advising energy and infrastructure clients globally on debt structuring and project financing within the renewable energy sectors.
