Global Head of Mergers and Acquisitionst, State Street
Keith C. Crawford is the Global Head of Mergers and Acquisitions at State Street. He is responsible for leading the execution of strategic and financial transactions along with the negotiation, due diligence and structuring of the investment opportunities. Keith also manages and serves as State Street’s liaison to external advisors. He led the execution of State Street’s $2.6 billion acquisition of Charles River expanding State Street’s capabilities into the front-office.
From 2013 - 2016, Keith served as the CFO and Global Head of Strategy for State Street Global Advisors. Prior to this he was the International Head of Mergers and Acquisitions residing in London. While in Europe, Keith led the execution acquisitions of Intesa Sanpaolo’s securities services business and the Bank of Ireland Asset Management.
Prior to joining State Street in 2000, Keith worked at Ernst & Young LLP, where he led negotiations and due diligence for financial and strategic buyers seeking investment opportunities in various industries.
Keith is a Certified Public Accountant. He received his BS in accounting from the University of Connecticut and an MS in finance from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI).

Carrie has over 30 years of experience in global manufacturing and finance. She is responsible for a wide scope of operations management for Hamilton Robinson including investment sourcing, investor relations, marketing, IT, facilities management, human resources, compliance, ESG and accounting. Prior to HRCP, Carrie spent 15 years overseeing worldwide textile production for some of the largest clothing brands in the market. Carrie received a Bachelor’s Degree from Cornell University and a Master’s Degree in Finance from Harvard University.

Anastasia N. Kaup has represented asset managers, fund sponsors, investment funds, bank and non-bank lenders, and other parties in financing and investment transactions across the private equity, private credit, real estate, hedge fund, venture capital, and distressed investment spaces. Ms. Kaup structures, negotiates, and documents complex financing transactions domestically and internationally at all levels of the organizational structure.
Prior to joining FFP, Ms. Kaup most recently led the fund finance practice group at an AmLaw 100 law firm where she represented alternative asset managers, sponsor-backed companies, and lenders to such entities, in a wide array of financing and investment transactions. Anastasia’s extensive fund financing expertise spans subscription and NAV-based credit facilities, partner loan programs, management fee lines of credit, and portfolio company financings. She has also advised both emerging and established financial sponsors in connection with all aspects of product development and capital formation in various formats, benefitting institutional, high- (and ultra-high-net-worth) and sovereign wealth investors. Anastasia’s advice to clients on the entire range of strategic and capital-related needs, throughout economic cycles has always been practical and commercial, as well as legal.
Anastasia is consistently recognized for both her professional expertise and community contributions. She is a trailblazer in LGBTQ+ community advocacy, volunteer work, and education initiatives, including as a leader for Out in Finance and Lambda Legal. She was recognized as one of the “Best LGBTQ+ Lawyers Under 40” and has been lauded as a “rising star” by clients and industry publications. Additionally, she served on the Board of Directors of New York’s largest civil rights and advocacy non-profit organization. Currently, Anastasia serves as Co-Chair of the Fund Finance Association’s Diversity in Fund Finance initiative. She also actively participates in various professional organizations serving the Hispanic/Latinx community, women, and individuals in need. Anastasia is also an Adjunct Professor of Law at Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law.

Alex Lykken is a senior analyst at PitchBook, which Morningstar acquired in 2016. He helps produce highly customized research projects and white papers for investment banks, venture capital firms, law firms, accountants, lobbying groups and advocacy organizations. He rejoined the company in 2017 after working in PitchBook’s editorial division between 2012 and 2015. Between stints at PitchBook he worked with Global Portfolio Solutions, the OCIO division of Goldman Sachs, where he led product management efforts for large institutional clients, including corporate pensions, college endowments, sovereign wealth funds and central banks.
He has been featured in The New York Times, NPR and The Journal of Private Equity, among others, and has presented to the US Treasury Department and guest lectured at the University of Washington. He holds bachelor’s degrees in history and political science from Central Washington University.
