TTR LATAM – September 2021 Report

The M&A market in Latin America registered a total of 2,449 mergers and acquisitions in t 2021, between announced and closed.

In 3Q 2021, 932 transactions were registered with a combined value of US$ 32,717.86 million.

Brazil leads the ranking of the most active countries, with 1,716 operations. In second place in the ranking is Mexico, with 261 transactions (increase of 21%). Chile and Colombia have grown more than 30% in the number of operations.
