Company continues commitment to advancing workplace gender equity

MINNEAPOLIS, Minn. – March 8, 2024 –  Datasite®, a leading SaaS platform used by enterprises globally to execute complex, strategic projects, today announced that it has achieved EDGE Assess recertification in recognition of its commitment to workplace gender equity.

Research shows that innovation happens best in places where a mix of multi-disciplinary thinkers offering differing perspectives are supported and encouraged to collaborate.” said Deb LaMere, Datasite Chief Human Resource Officer. “This recertification reflects Datasite’s ongoing dedication to creating a workplace where employees feel safe, respected and celebrated.”

To achieve recertification, Datasite underwent independent verification against EDGE standards, including efforts to advance workplace gender and intersectional equity.

EDGE, or Economic Dividends for Gender Equality, provides a standard methodology and global certification system that can be applied across industries and regions for assessing and tracking progress in closing the corporate gender gap. EDGE certification is the leading standard for diversity, equity and inclusion (DE&I) globally.
