Rusty Wiley is President and Chief Executive Officer of Datasite, a leading SaaS platform used by enterprises globally to execute complex, strategic projects.

Rusty joined the company in 2014, when it was still known as Merrill Corporation, and subsequently led the successful transformation of the business from a collection of financial communications and print-related businesses into a leading, global M&A SaaS technology company.

In 2020, Rusty led Datasite through its acquisition by CapVest, a London-based private equity firm. He also led the successful acquisition of several SaaS companies in support of the firm’s growth strategy, including Firmex, MergerLinks, Sherpany, Sealk, and Ansarada.

Prior to joining Datasite, Rusty held a variety of senior executive roles across sales, consulting, and general management at IBM Corporation, where his last role was General Manager, Banking & Financial Markets.

Rusty holds an MBA from Duke University Fuqua School of Business, and a BS in Business Administration with a minor in Computer Science from East Carolina University.

Todd Albright is the General Manager of Datasite Enterprise, a business unit of Datasite, a leading SaaS platform used by enterprises globally to execute complex, strategic projects. In this role, Todd is responsible for leading and executing the commercial strategy, including sales, product, and customer success for Enterprise, the company’s flagship SaaS solution. Additionally, Todd is responsible for the cross-sale of all Datasite solutions through the Datasite Enterprise channel.

Prior to this, Todd led Datasite’s sales organization as Global Chief Revenue Officer, managing Datasite’s go-to-market strategy and a worldwide organization of more than 450 sales, enablement, and operational professionals supporting clients in over 180 countries.

Before joining Datasite in 2015, Todd held several international sales leadership roles at a variety of high-growth firms, including FIS Global, Intralinks (now part of SS&C), and EY.

Todd holds a BA in Public Policy from Duke University and an AAS in International Economics from Friedrich-Alexander Universität, Erlangen-Nürnberg. He has also completed executive education programs at Harvard Business School.

He lives with his wife and children in New York, New York.

Raj Bakhru is General Manager of Blueflame, a unit of Datasite, a leading SaaS platform used by enterprises globally to execute complex, strategic projects. In this role, he is responsible for leading the delivery of Blueflame’s AI-native, purpose-built, large language model (LLM)-agnostic platform, which combines deep domain expertise, advanced reasoning models, and secure data connections to drive efficiencies around investment workflows, connecting fragmented data sources used in deal sourcing, due diligence, market research, or fundraising activities.

Raj has held several senior leadership positions in corporate growth, business management, software development and sales in alternative investments and cybersecurity. Prior to joining Datasite in 2025, he was Chief Executive Officer & Co-Founder of Blueflame, and Chief Strategy Officer at ACA, where he oversaw corporate development and M&A, and served as Interim Co-CEO, Chief Innovation Officer, and Head of RegTech and ESG. He founded Aponix, later ACA's cyber division, a leader in the alternatives sector. He has also held quantitative software development roles at Kepos Capital, Highbridge, and Goldman Sachs Asset Management.

He holds a BS in Computer Engineering from Columbia University, along with CISSP and CFA credentials.

Andrew Bocskocsky is Executive Vice President, Private Markets Intelligence at Datasite, the global SaaS provider of AI-powered workflow collaboration and automation solutions for mergers and acquisitions (M&A), investment, and strategic projects.

In this role, Andrew is responsible for accelerating integration and coordination among Datasite’s business units to deliver a market-leading private markets platform and connected ecosystem to power capital markets.

Andrew is an entrepreneur and technologist. He joined Datasite from Grata, where he was Co-Founder and CEO since 2016, and which Datasite acquired in 2025. Prior to that, Andrew founded Gramercy 360, a technology consulting, strategy and development firm specializing in architecting cloud-based platforms, machine learning and analytical systems. He has also held engineering and analyst roles at Palantir and Endurance.

Andrew holds a BA in Economics and Computer Science from Harvard University.

Doug Cullen is Chief Strategy Officer for Datasite, the global SaaS provider of AI-powered workflow collaboration and automation solutions for mergers and acquisitions (M&A), investment, and strategic projects. In this role, Doug is responsible for advancing the company’s strategic partnerships, spearheading M&A initiatives, and accelerating marketplace efforts, including expanding Datasite’s ecosystem, increasing client value, and driving the organization’s long-term vision.

Doug joined Datasite in 2015, where he has held a variety of leadership roles, including Chief Product and Strategy Officer, Chief Marketing Officer and Head of Strategy from 2018 to 2025, and Head of Americas Sales from 2015 to 2018.

Prior to joining Datasite, Doug held several sales and marketing leadership roles at a variety of high growth technology companies, including Ceros, Inc., Stylesight Inc., and Intralinks (now part of SS&C).

Doug holds a BA in Biology and Society from Cornell University.

Richard Goodfellow is Executive Vice President, Customer Success at Datasite, a leading SaaS platform used by enterprises globally to execute complex, strategic projects. In this role, Richard is responsible for the company’s global service organization, ensuring customers receive best-in-class service and support around the clock. This includes helping clients derive the most value from Datasite’s suite of applications and ensuring an exceptional client experience through every engagement with the support and success teams.

Prior to joining Datasite in 2018, Richard held several pre-sales leadership roles at Accenture and Intralinks (now part of SS&C).

Richard holds a BBA in Business Administration and Management from Lancaster University.

Tobias Häckermann is the General Manager of Sherpany, a business unit of Datasite, a leading SaaS platform used by enterprises globally to execute complex, strategic projects. In this role, Tobias oversees all aspects of the board reporting and meeting management software business, which Datasite acquired in 2024.

Before founding Sherpany in 2011, Tobias successfully founded and sold a company in the security industry and provided strategic consulting to several startups.

Tobias is a member of several boards, including Gravis Robotics and AnyRobotics, and since 2018 is a Young Leader of the American Swiss Federation.

Tobias holds a LLM in Business Law from the University of Zurich and a LLS in Business Law from the Università di Siena.

Dan Hostetter is Managing Director, Global Head of Strategic Accounts, at Datasite, a leading SaaS platform used by enterprises globally to execute complex, strategic projects. In this role, Dan is responsible for driving the ongoing success of the company’s flagship SaaS solution, Enterprise, as well as revenue growth from other Datasite solutions at the company’s largest advisor and private equity accounts.

Dan has played a key role in building Datasite’s business around the globe, launching offices in Paris, London, Singapore, Tokyo, and Hong Kong.

Prior to joining Datasite, Dan worked at Citibank in Paris in the company’s global banking division.

Dan serves as trustee at Suffield Academy in Connecticut and is a board member of Osterville, MA-based Cape Kid Meals and Jackson Hole, Wyoming-based Teton Gravity Research.  

Dan holds a BA in Economics from Boston College.

Deb LaMere is Chief Human Resources Officer at Datasite, a leading SaaS platform used by enterprises globally to execute complex, strategic projects. In this role, she is responsible for all aspects of the company’s human resources strategy, including talent management, leadership development and compensation, benefits, and company culture, including environmental, social and governance activities. She works closely with leadership around the globe to build a culture that attracts, retains, and develops top talent.

Prior to joining Datasite in 2019, Deb held several senior employee engagement, human resources, and product roles at Ceridian, Lawson Software, and Allina Hospitals & Clinics in Minneapolis.

Deb is active in her community, serving as Board Chairman for Twin Cities in Motion and as a Board Director for the Twin Cities Red Cross. She is also a recognized leader, named in 2022 as a CHRO of the Year by HRO Today.

Deb holds an MA in Industrial Relations and Human Resources from the University of Minnesota, and a BA in Business Administration from the University of St. Thomas.

James Lehnhoff is Chief Technology Officer at Datasite, a leading SaaS platform used by enterprises globally to execute complex, strategic projects. In this role, he is responsible for leading software engineering, platform application support and artificial intelligence (AI) development.

James joined Datasite in 2017, where he has served in a variety of engineering and product leadership roles. Prior to joining Datasite, he held engineering leadership roles with Workfront and Digital River.

James holds a BS in Physiology from Concordia College. He is also a registered patent inventor of cloud automation technology.

Deven Lindemann is Chief Operating Officer at Datasite, a leading SaaS platform used by enterprises globally to execute complex, strategic projects. In this role, she oversees and optimizes the company’s day-to-day operations and ensures the company’s vision through supporting strategic initiatives, such as M&A integrations, improving operational efficiency, and promoting growth by managing critical functions, including global customer success and service, technology, operations, information security, and enterprise project management office (EPMO), to achieve business objectives.

Prior to this, Deven was Chief Customer Success Officer at Datasite, where she led customer success and service organizations, ensuring customers receive best-in-class service and around-the-clock support.

Deven joined Datasite in 1993 and has held a variety of leadership roles at the company’s headquarters in EMEA and the US.

She holds a BS in Graphic Communications from California Polytechnic State University – San Luis Obispo.

Anjali Motiani is Chief Financial Officer and a member of the Board of Directors at Datasite, a leading SaaS platform used by enterprises globally to execute complex, strategic projects. In this role, she oversees Datasite’s financial operations on an enterprise-wide scale. Including the critical functions of controllership, treasury management, investor relations, financial planning and analysis, and corporate development. Additionally, Anjali plays a pivotal role in the strategic management of Datasite’s capital allocation, ensuring alignment with the company's long-term financial goals. 

Anjali joined Datasite in 2017 and has more than 20 years’ experience in corporate development, financial strategy, financial planning and analysis, company audits, and compliance and operational controls. Prior to Datasite, she held several finance leadership positions at FIS Global and Tata Consultancy Services.

Anjali is a Chartered Accountant and holds an MS in Accounting and Finance from the MS University of India. She has also completed the Strategic Leadership Programme at the University of Oxford.

Jennifer Percy is Treasurer & Executive Vice President, Finance at Datasite, a leading SaaS platform used by enterprises globally to execute complex, strategic projects. In this role, she plans and directs strategic treasury, corporate development and finance activities for the company and ensures compliance with related treasury and investor reporting requirements. She also leads financial planning, reporting, analysis, and collections for the overall organization.

Prior to joining Datasite in 2008, she held senior finance and treasury management roles at Wilsons Leather and US Bank.

Jennifer holds a BA in Economics and French from the University of Minnesota and an MBA in Accounting from the University of St. Thomas.

Merlin Piscitelli is Chief Marketing Officer at Datasite, a leading SaaS platform used by enterprises globally to execute complex, strategic projects. In this role, he is responsible for leading the global marketing organization, overseeing the strategic planning, development, and execution of Datasite’s marketing initiatives.

Since joining Datasite in 2006, Merlin has served in several sales leadership roles, including most recently, as Chief Revenue Officer for Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA), where he was responsible for setting and executing the sales strategy across a diverse region, managing close to 100 sales representatives and helping drive technological innovation and deal velocity across the EMEA region.

Prior to joining Datasite, Merlin served as a sales and business development professional for Infotrieve (now part of Copyright Clearance Center).

Merlin holds a BS in Business/Marketing from Florida State University.

Jerome Pottier is Chief Revenue Officer for Europe, the Middle East and Africa at Datasite Enterprise, a business unit of Datasite, the global SaaS provider of Al-powered workflow collaboration and automation solutions for M&A. In his role, Jerome is responsible for setting and managing the sales strategy and its deployment across this diverse and complex region, including coordinating and managing teams and sales representatives across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. He is based in Paris.

Jerome joined Datasite in 2008 and has served in several leadership roles, including, most recently, as Head of Western Europe.

Prior to joining Datasite, Jerome held several sales and account management roles with Compuware, Overlap, an IBM Premier Business Partner, and Open Care.

Jerome holds a BA in Business Administration from Newcastle University and an MS in Sales and Business Engineering from the Institut Universitaire Professionalisé (IUP) de Sceaux.

Nevin Raj is General Manager of Grata, a business unit of Datasite, the global SaaS provider of AI-powered workflow collaboration and automation solutions for mergers and acquisitions (M&A), investment, and strategic projects. In this role, Nevin oversees how Datasite delivers data and intelligence to dealmakers.

Nevin joined Datasite in 2025 through the acquisition of Grata, where he was Chief Operating Officer and Co-Founder. Before that, Nevin held private equity, investment banking, and business analyst roles focused on technology mergers and acquisitions at Riverside Partners, McKinsey & Co., Jefferies, and Axial.

Nevin holds a BA in Applied Mathematics from Harvard University.

Colin Schopbach is Chief Revenue Officer for the Americas (AMERS) at Datasite Enterprise, a business unit of Datasite, a leading SaaS platform used by enterprises globally to execute complex, strategic projects. In this role, Colin is responsible for setting and executing the sales strategy across the region, including leading over 170 sales representatives, sales leaders and pre-sales teams across the United States, Canada, and Latin America.

Colin joined Datasite in 2007, serving most recently as Senior Vice President of Sales for the Southeast, MidAtlantic, Central and Pacific Northwest regions.

Colin holds a BSBA in Marketing from the University of West Florida.

Tammy Schuette is Chief Information Officer at Datasite, a leading SaaS platform used by enterprises globally to execute complex, strategic projects. In this role, she is responsible for the organization's information technology (IT), data management and operations strategy. This includes aligning technology with business goals; strategic execution; managing resources; ensuring scalable and repeatable processes; system security and driving digital transformation by planning for the company's technological future while maintaining existing IT infrastructure, data management and operations processes.

She has over 30 years of experience in strategic business and digital transformation, leading complex, large-scale initiatives, and leveraging data and analytics to drive successful business outcomes. Prior to joining Datasite in 2020 as Executive Vice President, Technology and Operations, Tammy held several senior executive positions at GE Capital and TCF Financial Corporation and was responsible for leading operations, technology, finance, risk management, quality, enterprise project management office and mergers and acquisitions (M&A) integrations.

Tammy holds a BS in Accounting from Bemidji State University.

Justin Smith is the General Manager of Ansarada, a business unit of Datasite, a leading SaaS platform used by enterprises globally to execute complex, strategic projects. In this role, Justin manages all aspects of Ansarada’s general management, including commercial and product strategy. 

In 2024, Datasite acquired Ansarada, where Justin most recently served as Chief Revenue and Marketing Officer, managing all aspects of Ansarada’s go-to-market strategy, including sales, enablement, and marketing.

Prior to that, he co-founded a marketing consultancy and a health and fitness SaaS company. He also held senior strategy design roles at Conran and MSL in the UK.

Justin holds a BS in marketing from Billy Blue College of Design, part of Torrens University.

Matthew Steinhilber is Chief Legal Officer, General Counsel and Secretary, at Datasite, a leading SaaS platform used by enterprises globally to execute complex, strategic projects. In this role, he oversees Datasite’s global legal affairs, including business, litigation, intellectual property, and corporate matters.   

Matt has over 20 years of legal expertise and leadership experience. Before joining Datasite, he was General Counsel of Blueflame, a leading provider of agentic AI solutions for financial services, that was acquired by Datasite in 2025. Before that, he previously held leadership roles at several organizations including General Counsel for ACA Group. 

Matt holds a BS in Environmental Science from Muhlenberg College and a JD from the University of Maryland School of Law.  

Matt Summers is Executive Vice President, Head of Product at Datasite, a leading SaaS platform used by enterprises globally to execute complex, strategic projects. In this role, he leads product vision and strategy, including user experience and design, across Datasite’s global platforms. This includes building and scaling a world-class product organization, ensuring that Datasite’s product roadmap is tightly aligned with customer needs and business goals, and partnering with engineering, sales, marketing, and other stakeholders across Datasite’s business units to drive innovation and deliver exceptional customer experiences that strengthen our brand and accelerate growth.

Since joining Datasite in 2017, Matt has served in a variety of product leadership roles at the regional and global level. Prior to joining Datasite, Matt held product and technology leadership roles at Eyeread, Pearson Plc, WYGU and M:Link Software.

Matt holds a BEng in Materials Science & Engineering, and an MSc in Computer Science, both from Swansea University.

Russ Walker is Chief of Staff and Global Head of Revenue Enablement at Datasite Enterprise, a business unit of Datasite, a leading SaaS platform used by enterprises globally to execute complex, strategic projects. In this role, Russ provides strategic guidance and operational leadership on the company’s flagship SaaS solution, supporting a global revenue organization.

Russ joined Datasite in 2016, serving most recently as Senior Vice President of Revenue Enablement. Prior to this, Russ held several sales leadership roles at a variety of high-growth firms, including Workday, Ultimate Software Group (now UKG) and ADP.

Russ holds a BA in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Bryant University and is an IES Premier Sales Leader.

Mark Williams is Global Chief Revenue Officer at Datasite Enterprise, a business unit of Datasite, a leading SaaS platform used by enterprises globally to execute complex, strategic projects. In this role, Mark is responsible for all aspects of the go-to-market strategy for the company’s flagship SaaS solution, including managing a global organization of more than 450 sales, enablement, and operations professionals supporting clients in over 180 countries.

Prior to this, Mark was Chief Revenue Officer, Americas for Datasite, where he directed the sales strategy across the region, including leading over 170 sales representatives, sales leaders and pre-sales teams across the United States, Canada, and Latin America.

Before joining Datasite in 2015, Mark held several sales leadership roles at a variety of SaaS companies, including Intralinks (now part of SS&C), SmartFocus and Kno.

Mark holds a BSc in Mechanical Engineering from Humberside University, England.

Mark Wright is the General Manager of Firmex, a business unit of Datasite, a leading SaaS platform used by enterprises globally to execute complex, strategic projects. In this role, Mark manages all aspects of Firmex’s general management, including strategy.  

Additionally, Mark is Executive Vice President, Integration Management Office (IMO) at Datasite. In this role, he oversees the integration of Datasite’s acquisitions, with a focus on strategic alignment and value realization.

Prior to joining Firmex, Mark held senior leadership roles in marketing at Adenyo (now Motricity) and in operations at Research in Motion. 

Mark holds a BA in Film Studies from Queen’s University, and an MBA, with a concentration in marketing, from McMaster University.
