Despite recent pressures from the global pandemic and volatile market conditions, Datasite has continued to grow over the last several years, increasing revenue by 37% and headcount by 22% between FY2021 to FY2022. Additionally, Datasite’s current net promoter score (NPS) of 75, or metric on whether its customers would recommend the company to others, is well above industry benchmarks.
Dealmakers in more than 170 countries make their deals in Datasite, including 74 of the top 100 legal firms and all the top 20 global financial advisory firms. In 2021, Datasite facilitated more than a third of the top 100 global deals, including a third of the top 61 US deals, and close to half of the top 25 EMEA deals.
