You’ll find several different tiers of apps, from everyday efficiency tools (typically free) to apps for running due diligence and other deal processes (subscription only). Other apps let you use the services of Datasite partners (such as Grata and Blueflame AI).

There are free apps for both the sourcing and setup phases of the deal.

Sourcing apps include the following AI-powered tools:

Setup apps include document management tools such as:

• Compare – compare two versions of a document at a glance
