What is the Project Dashboard?
Project Dashboard is a real-time, actionable summary of project status located in the top left navigation panel in Diligence projects. Its purpose is to help deal managers focus on the right data at the right time to keep deals moving.
How do I turn on Project Dashboard?
Just head to the top left nav panel in any of your Diligence projects and click Let’s Go. You can also turn on Project Dashboard from the apps page.
Once on, your Project Dashboard will stay in the top left nav panel as part of your home screen for all your Diligence projects.
To turn Project Dashboard off:
- You can turn it off from the Manage Dashboard button in the dashboard itself.
- You also can turn Project Dashboard off and on in the app card in the apps page.
Who can access it?
Project Dashboard is now available to all Diligence Project Admins, and we are working to make it available to even more users.
If I turn on Project Dashboard for one project, does it turn it on for all my projects?
Yes, the setting applies to you and all the projects you are a Project Admin for.
Will Project Dashboard work on existing Diligence projects, or just new projects?
Project Dashboard will work on any Diligence project, regardless of when you created it.
Where does the data in Project Dashboard come from?
Data is sourced from the Diligence project it belongs to, directly via API in real time. Once a change is made in a project, you will automatically see that change refreshed in your Project Dashboard.
Can I click on and interact with the charts?
Yes. Each visualization is interactive allowing the user to not only identify where to focus but quickly link through to the appropriate area in Diligence to take action faster.
How is it different from the Analytics tab in Diligence?
Analytics provide a historical view of Diligence data, whereas Project Dashboard focuses on the current state of play, and the work that still needs to be done.
