Victor works as Regional Vice President for Datasite, where he leads the company’s Nordic offices, which he established almost five years ago. He holds a Master of Science in Business Administration and Economics from Jönköping International Business School.

Staffan Jåfs, M.Sc (Econ), is the Head of Private Equity at eQ Asset Management Ltd and a member of eQ Plc’s management team. Staffan is a member of the Investment Committee and is active as advisory board member of several portfolio funds. He is responsible for manager selection in Sweden and Finland and his responsibilities include also private equity investor relations and eQ’s partnership strategies including North American private equity, venture capital and private credit.

Staffan has been in the private equity industry since 2000. He joined eQ from Proventure, a private equity fund-of-funds, where he was CFO.

Camilla Lehtola is an in-house M&A professional. Camilla has 10 years of experience from M&A, starting her career as an investment banker, after which moving into Finnish blue-chip corporations such as KONE and UPM. Camilla has conducted M&A transactions in five different continents and in 15+ countries. Transactions include acquisitions, divestments, carve-outs, joint ventures, IPOs, PTOs, minority investments and real estate transactions; all the way from large and medium cap transactions to small and micro-cap transactions.

Anette is a Director at Danske Bank and has over 14 years of experience in investment banking. Anette has advised clients in a large number of M&A and ECM deals and her clients include domestic and international corporations, and Private Equity investors.

Marcus Möller is the Head of M&A at Krogerus. He represents clients in complex and high-value Finnish and cross-border transactions. His clients include private equity and real estate investors, financial institutions and leading Nordic and international corporations. His practice covers acquisitions, divestments, joint ventures, and private equity mandates across a broad range of sectors.
