M&A Market Outlook: Confidence is back, now what?

Tyler DeWitt leads M&A for Polyconcept  North America (PCNA), the world’s largest multi-category supplier of promotional products. He oversees deal sourcing, evaluation, and execution to expand Polyconcept’s capabilities and strategic footprint across North America and globally.

Previously, Tyler helped shape Carrier’s enterprise M&A pipeline and portfolio strategy after Carrier's spin from UTC, developing investment theses and inorganic growth priorities across multiple business units as the company streamlined and repositioned its portfolio.

He began his M&A career at KPMG, focusing on private equity deal execution and post-merger integration across industrials, business services, and consumer sectors—building a strong foundation in diligence, synergy assessment, and integration planning.

Senior Vice President in Evercore’s Technology Advisory practice focused on the software sector.

Hillyer Jennings is a corporate lawyer at King & Spalding who specializes in mergers, acquisitions and other significant corporate transactions. Hillyer represents public and private companies and private equity funds in a variety of M&A and corporate matters, including cross-border deals. His career has spanned top law firms in New York, London and now Atlanta. He received a BBA in Finance from the University of Georgia and a JD from Harvard Law School.

Michael Corbin is a senior sales executive with deep expertise in transaction software and a proven track record of driving growth across global financial markets, including London, Hong Kong, and New York. He currently serves as Vice President of Sales at Datasite, where he has been a key member of the leadership team since joining the firm in January 2018.

At Datasite, Michael has held multiple leadership roles, leading high-performing sales organizations and executing scalable growth strategies within the M&A ecosystem, with a particular focus on investment banking clients. His leadership has contributed to sustained revenue growth and expanded market presence across key financial institutions.

Prior to Datasite, Michael held sales positions at several fintech SaaS and information services companies supporting global capital markets.

Michael holds a BA (Hons) in International History and Politics from the University of Leeds.
