Blanket Letter of Representations (BLOR)
Definition:
A form letter signed by an issuer and addressed to the Depository Trust Company, The (DTC) in which the issuer represents that it has complied with DTC’s operational requirements. A Blanket Letter of Representations is required by the DTC in order for it to accept the issuer’s securities as eligible for DTC deposit. Such letter relates to programs and future issuances by the issuer.
