Definition:

A market for a variety of securities in a state in the European Economic Area (EEA) that complies with the relevant criteria of the recast Markets in Financial Instruments Directive (MiFID II) promulgated by the European Union (EU). Typically, the primary market in a European Economic Area (EEA) state will be an EEA Regulated Market.
