Definition:

A stock repurchase by an issuer from an investor in that issuer’s stock and Convertible Bonds. The investor takes a Short Position on the Convertible Bonds and the issuer uses the proceeds from the sale of its Convertible Bonds to repurchase its stock from the investor.
