Say on Frequency

Definition:

A corporate law concept regarding the frequency of a company’s shareholders’ right to vote on the remuneration of executives. Under the Dodd-Frank Act, the SEC adopted a requirement that Public Companies solicit an advisory vote on the frequency of holding an advisory Say on Pay vote.
