Section 3(c)(7)

Section 3(c)(7) of the Investment Company Act provides an exemption from the definition of investment company, permitting qualifying private funds to benefit from an exemption from registration for Investment Companies if all prospective investors are Qualified Purchasers (QPs) within the meaning of the Investment Company Act.
