What is the Securities Admission Form?

Definition:

The form submitted by an issuer for the admission of a security to CREST. The Securities Admission Form incorporates the CREST rules, regulations and other requirements and creates a contractual obligation between Euroclear UK and the issuer of the securities to be accepted into CREST.
