Supplementary Prospectus

Definition:

In relation to a Prospectus filed with and approved by an EU Member State’s regulatory authority or by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) in the United Kingdom pursuant to the requirements of the EU Prospectus Regulation or the UK Prospectus Regulation, a Supplementary Prospectus is used to update a Prospectus if a significant new factor, Material mistake or inaccuracy relating to the information in the Prospectus arises.

To be distinguished from a Prospectus Supplement.
