Summary

We had a client who had just moved over to us from a competitor. Before they even logged into the platform for the first time, we were already working alongside them—helping organize their deal data and ensuring they were set up to get the most out of Datasite from day one.

They started off using our Pipeline product, which helps clients manage acquisition targets and visualize their deal flow. Before the first training, they shared their target list with us—over 3,500 companies, more than double what we typically see.

Rather than having them upload it themselves, our Assist team stepped in and handled it for them. That alone saved them days of tedious work and immediately showed what we mean when we say we are an extension of your deal team. We manage the most time-consuming tasks so you don’t have to.
