Class 1 Circular
A circular prepared by an issuer subject to the Listing Rules issued to its shareholders containing prescribed information about a Class 1 Transaction.
Following the replacement of the Listing Rules by the UK Listing Rules (UKLR) on 29 July 2024, there is no longer a requirement for issuers to prepare a Class 1 Circular.
